Strain the mixture into a bowl and chill overnight. The next day, form the chocolate into balls and roll them in cocoa powder, powdered sugar, ground hazelnuts, or coconut. Boom.

Chocolate Truffles
Tonight's project - we'll let you know how they turn out.
They turned out great! Next time we're going to use a different recipe, though. It's really hard to roll them into balls because they melt all over your hands and make a big mess.

Mmm...truffles. Hey, we watched the Portugal/Germany game today, and man, did Germany play well. Great defense.
Awe, nice job! Those look really yummy. They are definitely messy to make, but it's worth it :)
