We love avocados!

Yum, avocado and feta pizza. We eat it here when we're in Charlottesville and re-created it at home. To make it, brush a thin-crust pizza shell with olive oil and top with tomato, avocado, feta, and some pepper jack cheese. Bake at 450 for 7-10 minutes and enjoy.
